Cornish Chough

The Cornish Chough Brewery produces three Bitters, a Stout, a Mild and a Lager. All are certified organic by the Soil Association. Cornish beers brewed from malt and whole hops. Cornish Chough brews with two principles: keep it simple when it comes to how many ingredients you put in your beer and source high quality materials. The brewery also has its own supply of bore hole water.
