Founded by Stuart Thomson and based in an 18th century farmhouse on the stunning North Cornwall coast, Atlantic Brewery is a fully certified organic producer of unfined cask and bottle conditioned ales. They use ingredients from their smallholding including Cornish Green Fuggle Hops, garden fruits and fresh herbs.
Established in 2007 by Andy White, Castle Brewery produces an award-winning beer which uses the finest ingredients, sourced locally, where possible. It has since been taken on by Theo Corfield, a keen home brewer and member of the Craft Brewing Association. This eco-conscious microbrewery makes beers which are unfined and naturally hazy, making them suitable for vegetarians/vegans.
The Dynamite Valley Brewing Company was set up by Cornish locals, Dom Lilly and Ross Kessell, in January 2015. Based in Truro, Cornwall, they are a small batch brewery, with an American style taproom that creates a wide range of beers, with lots of flavour.
The Harbour Brewing Company have taken their love for the traditional Cornish lifestyle and created solid, well-rounded beers which reflect the ruggedness of their home. Established in 2012, this Cornish craft beer is made using modern brewing techniques with locally sourced raw ingredients and fresh spring water.
Lizard Ales is a craft brewery based on the beautiful Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall. They have been producing a range of cask and bottled real ales since 2004 which are brewed using the highest quality traditional ingredients.
Situated on the North Cornish Coast, Sharp's Brewery is inspired by being among the elements: air, sea and rock. Established in 1997 by Steve Skinner, Skinner’s Brewery is based on the banks of the Truro River. Combining the classical craft of brewing by hand with the finest ingredients sourced for their flavour, Skinner’s are known for their award-winning trailblazing ales.
Tintagel Brewery is an eco-friendly brewery located at Condolden Farm, the highest situated Farmhouse in Cornwall. Its premise, originally the milking parlour, now houses a state of the art, purpose-built facility. Using pure water from their spring and their own wind turbine, they produce a suite of classic real ales.
Founded by Simon and Sarah Treen, Treen's is a family-run microbrewery in Ponsanooth, near Falmouth which produces both cask and bottled ale. Their high-quality Cornish ales suit a variety of tastes, from golden and hoppy to dark and malty.
