Scotland, Highlands & Islands: Orders to the Scottish Mainland, Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, and Channel Islands will have their shipping rates calculated at the checkout.
Please note that we do not sell to under 18's, and the terms and conditions state, 'Selling alcohol to a person under eighteen is illegal. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least Eighteen years old. If you are buying alcohol as a gift the recipient must also be at least eighteen years old. Our courier will not deliver to any persons under the age of eighteen and may require ID if the recipient appears to be under the age of 25.
How long will it take to process my order?
All orders are processed and sent to our courier first thing in the morning. Please bear this in mind when using our expedited shipping service.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive an email to confirm we have received your order and that your payment has been accepted. You will also receive an email when your order has been dispatched.
In your dispatch confirmation email we will include any relevant tracking numbers, allowing you to track your parcel.
What days will my order be delivered on?
Our couriers deliver between 07.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday (unless you have specified weekend delivery).
Will I need to sign for my order?
Yes, you will need to sign for your order.
If goods are returned to us by our couriers following unsuccessful attempts to deliver, and where delivery instructions have been met, refunds will not be given. In these circumstances the customer may request for the goods to be re-sent. This will incur the relevant area delivery charge and will not cover any spoilt perishable goods. Please note parcels containing alcohol cannot be left without a signature.
Special delivery instructions
If you have any special instructions for delivery, such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, please include them in the ‘special instructions’ section at the checkout. Please note that our couriers will not respond to notes left on doors for security reasons.

If we cannot deliver your order within the specified time period we will make every attempt to contact you and provide an expected delivery time. If this delivery time is not suitable, you can cancel your order and we will provide a full refund.
How carefully is my order packaged?
We use a strong double skinned purpose built box with internal baffles to protect your order. In addition we will label our boxes to encourage carriers to keep our bottles safe and upright. This should be sufficient for your order to arrive in perfect condition.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If any item you receive from us arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 07881 557112 / 01579 321496 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then advise you on the best course of action. In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.
Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
